To receive a work permit, please fill out the UHS Work Permit form and turn it in at the College & Career Center.  Work Permits take up to 2 business days to process. During the summer, the UHS front office will be open to process student work permits. Reminder: You need a job first, with a signature from your employer and parents, before we can process the work permit.

Students who complete 25 community service hours and submit a Community Service Log to the College & Career Center receive a Community Service notation on their official transcript for each academic year.
