Tuesday June 1, 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon - Senior book and athletic equipment return.
· You MUST return all books and athletic equipment before getting your cap and gown AND walking in the graduation ceremony. This includes Chromebooks in working order.
Tuesday June 1, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Senior Crazy Day (instead of week) – Activities, free BBQ, Yearbook Signing and Paper toss (@5:45 PM). Brought to you by your Senior Class Council.
Wednesday, June 2, 9:00 AM (for the first ceremony students) or 12:00 PM (for the second ceremony students) – Graduation Rehearsal at the stadium for graduating seniors.
· Cap and gown distribution is at 10:00 AM or 11:15 AM and you will receive a free burrito at that time!
· You will need a completed Senior Clearance Card, with all necessary signatures, in order to get your cap and gown.
· If you still need to purchase a cap and gown, they are $40 cash to Josten’s at this time.
Thursday, June 3, 9:15:00 AM – Graduation arrival time for the 10:00 AM ceremony. 12:15 PM – arrival time for the 1:00 PM ceremony. Please report to the field area behind the press box at the stadium no later than 9:15:00 AM or 12:15 PM (depending on your ceremony assignment).
· Graduates may only have their car keys, cap & gown, and any cord/medallion/stole provided by the school. No leis. No decorated caps & gowns or hats (mortarboards). Please do not ask.
Friday, June 4, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (check your e-mail for specific assignment) – Diploma Pick Up. Please come at your assigned time to pick up your diploma.
Friday, June 11, by 11:59 PM - Final transcripts available for order at www.parchment.com or through Mrs. Yang. You can place your order now and specify, “Hold for Next Grading Period”. The transcripts send automatically immediately after release from the UHS records department. Last day to order is Thursday. June 24th. NOTE: All books and items belonging to the school must be returned for transcripts to be released.
