Bus Pass Application for '24-'25

School Bus

The online Bus Pass Application for the 2024-25 school year is now open.  The annual bus pass cost for the 2024-25 school year is $700.00.

Important Reminders:

  • A new Bus Pass Application must be submitted each school year.
  • Bus passes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once the maximum capacity (50 riders) of the bus has been reached, a waitlist will be created.
  • A seat on the bus is secured and a bus pass is generated upon receipt of a complete Bus Pass Application AND payment.  
  • For qualifying families, a free bus pass is generated and a seat on the bus is secured upon receipt of a complete Bus Pass Application, a complete Application for Free Bus Pass, AND required supporting documentation.
  1. After selecting YES on the Bus Pass Application, you will receive an email with the Application for Free Bus Pass.
  • For safety reasons, beginning the first day of school, only students with a current 2024-25 bus pass will be permitted to ride.

Bus passes will be sold to the first 50 riders with a complete Bus Pass Application and payment.  These riders will have access to the bus beginning August 20, 2024. 

Beginning Monday, September 9, two (2) morning and two (2) afternoon routes will be offered.  The first 50 riders will be contacted the week prior to select either Route 1 or Route 2 in the morning and afternoon.  Once all initial 50 riders are placed on their route of choice, additional bus passes will be sold in the order of the waitlist.

Bus passes purchased between Friday, May 31, 2024 and Friday, June 28, 2024 will be created and available for pick-up at your student’s school prior to the first day of school. Any bus passes purchased after June 28 must be picked-up in person at the Transportation Department. If you prefer the bus pass to be returned by mail, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with payment.

Transportation services will begin on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 20, 2024.  Prior to the first day of school, parents/guardians of students with bus passes will receive an auto-generated email from the bus routing system detailing the route information. This information includes the assigned bus, bus driver, location, and times for pick-up and estimated drop-off. 

Payment Options:

  1. Credit or debit card payments will include a 4.95% processing fee; accessible online at www.myschoolbucks.com
    1. Please write your child's name and school in the memo area.
    2. Checks/Money Orders can be mailed or hand-delivered to the Transportation Department.  For hand-deliveries during business hours, a secured blue drop box is located outside the front door entrance to deposit your fee.
